نقطة الإنطلاق زراعة البن في منطقة حراز في اليمن ، من قريتي: "عتارة، وبني الناهمي" في مديرية مناخة "حراز" عزلة مسار، في هاتين القريتين بدأ البن، ليس البن الحرازي فقط، إنما البن اليمني، بل وسلالة البن اليمني (بن أربيكا)، من هاتين القريتين يمر خط التجارة العالمي، الطريق السلطانية العثمانية، التي تربط محافظة الحديدة ومحافظة صنعاء، ومنذ زمن كانت قوافل التجارة تمر من هاتين القريتين، وقبل إشتقاق وتعبيد هذه الطريق العام من هاتين القريتين، كانت هي الطريق الأساسية، طريق المشاة تربط مختلف المحافظات اليمنية بمحافظة الحديدة، ولا يوجد طريق الى هذه المحافظة الا من هاتين القريتين، ومن الحديدة الى المخاء الذي وزع البن الى أرجاء العالم.
زرع بن الأربيكا، البن اليمني، هنا في قرية "عتارة" بالتحديد في منطقة "وادي عيَّاش" لسبب تلائم تضاريس القرية لزراعة البن، حيث ويبلغ إرتفاع القرية عن سطح البحر بحوالي 1800متر أسفل "وادي عياش" وترتفع نسبة الإرتفاع الى أعلا الوادي كلما صعدنا الى جهة شرق، حيث يصل في رأس "وادي الشريف" أكثر من 2000متر ويعتبر وادي بن واحد متصل ببعضه ويمتاز بأجود أنواع البن، ليس هذا فحسب بل إن تضاريس القريتين وكأنه قد وجد من أجل شجرة البن تماماً

Arabica coffee, the Yemeni coffee, was grown here in the village of "Atara", specifically in the "Wadi Ayash" area, for a reason that the village's topography is suitable for coffee cultivation. On the east side, where it reaches the head of “Wadi Al-Sharif” more than 2000 meters and Wadi Bin Wahid is considered connected to each other and is characterized by the finest types of coffee.
