What’s the difference between our pastured chicken and store-bought?

Start with the color of the fat — deep, rich and real. That’s from sunshine, grass, and bugs — not bleach and brine.

Conventional chicken? Raised indoors, soaked in bleach, and often injected with up to 30% saltwater.
