And on another note, I have some other news as well. A few years ago, the thought came up of developing a breader for trying that not only was delicious, but better for you. So many people said that it couldn't be done. Most "healthy" options are gritty, very little flavor, and just not good.
Well fast forward a couple of years, and here we are. Our line of Southern Breeze Seafood breaders that use Tidewater Grain Company Heirloom Grains | NC Carolina Gold Rice Carolina Gold rice flour, are not only delicious, but a lot better for you. We have been selling our products in artisan shops and been a staple in multiple restaurants around the state of NC and VA. We have been picked up by wholesale distributors like Cheney Brothers, Inc. , Gourmet Foods International, and Inland Charlotte . Well, now I am proud to announce the next step that has been afforded to us.
Our Seafood breader has been picked up by Publix Super Markets and Food Lion . By August 1 2026. Our Seafood breader will be available in 60 Publix stores in NC and over 200 Food Lion stores in NC. Make sure you look for us on the store shelves, and grab some for yourself. We would love to grow our brand in these stores, but we need your support.
