Looking out and seeing so many wonderful guests gathered around our coffee cart, smiling, connecting, and enjoying a handcrafted drink brings me so much peace and joy. It’s a simple reminder of WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO❣️

Three reasons I absolutely love owning a coffee cart business ☕🤍

1️⃣ The people.
Every event introduces me to someone new. From weddings and corporate events to school celebrations and community gatherings, I get to meet incredible people and be a small part of some of their biggest moments.

2️⃣ The creativity.
No two events are the same. I love creating custom drink menus, matching event themes, designing branded experiences, and finding new ways to make every setup feel unique and memorable.

3️⃣ The smiles.
There’s something special about handing someone their drink and seeing their face light up. Coffee has a way of bringing people together, starting conversations, and making any event feel a little more welcoming.

Starting Vital Brew has been one of the most rewarding journeys. It’s about so much more than serving coffee—it’s about creating experiences, building relationships, and making people feel valued, one cup at a time.

We were honored to serve coffee at the groundbreaking for a new affordable housing community dedicated to supporting our veterans here in Jacksonville. 🇺🇸❤️

It’s always inspiring to see new businesses and developments investing in our city, but projects that provide safe, affordable housing for those who have served our country are especially meaningful. We’re grateful to have played a small part in celebrating this important milestone and can’t wait to see this community come to life.
