Eggplants and Artichokes first annual Cooking Camp was a success! We had a great time this week, thanks to the lovely families that shared it with us! Pictures are up! Looking forward to some mini-camps during the school year, and week long camp(s) next summer!

is thinking of hosting a cooking camp for maybe age 8 and up? (moms too, if you like!) Would you be interested? Do you know people who would? I'm thinking some basics the first week, and maybe some more challenging stuff the next. Jam? Canning? Rustic Italian? Cake?

is busy cooking and baking and stuff for my great aunt's 80th birthday party today. bbq chicken bites, beans and homemade cole slaw, quiche minis, veggie tray with homemade blue cheese dip, artichoke dip and chips.....plus lots of yummy fruit. oh, and a black forest cake! yum! (special request from the birthday girl!)
