Our honeybees decide what we get. 🌼🍯

They gather nectar from the many flowers, trees, and plants they choose to visit — and we bottle what they bring to us. Every season is a little different because nature is never exactly the same.

We don’t blend our honey for consistency.
We don’t highly heat it.
We don’t ultra-filter it.

Our goal is to keep it as natural as possible — straight from the honeycomb to the jar. We extract it and bottle it while it’s still warm from the hive, before it has a chance to set solid.

Some people ask why our honey looks different from batch to batch or why the color changes. 🐝
That’s a question to ask the honeybees. 💛

We’re just grateful to care for them and to share what they bring in.
