We planted 4 groups of purple hull peas and have picked them all. We planted 2 groups of tomatoes and have picked them all. We planted 2 groups of cucumbers, yellow squash, and zucchini and have picked them all. We picked all the few numbers of blueberries and blackberries we had due to the March 16 hard freeze. We have dug all the new potatoes.

The 2026 season of The Farm Market/Turney Family Produce has come to an end. We want to thank all who purchased from us this year.

2 ….. a time to plant and a time to uproot.

We have Sangria watermelons grown on our farm at The Farm Market today. They are sweet, red meat, and have small seeds. $8 your choice of size!

We also have ripe tomatoes, lots of purple hull peas shelled in quart freezer bags, yellow squash, zucchini, and cucumbers.

You can get a bushel of unshelled purple hull peas to shell yourself for $40. Please message or call 903-721-3478 to order your bushel(s) for a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday pickup.

Good morning June 22, 2026!!

We have been blessed with an abundance of purple hull peas this summer. Today we lave LOTS of peas. The peas are delicious!!!!

We sell them by the quarts for $8 or a bushel of unshelled peas for $40. We have the quarts of shelled peas available but you will need to order a bushel of unshelled so we know not shell them!! Give me a call at (903) 721-3478 or message me if you would like a bushel of peas!!
