The Natures Best story begins in 1967 when founder Abe Bielski graduated from University of Florida as an economist. Abe eager to put that degree to good use found a job loading seafood into delivery trucks. Over the years he worked his way up to become a top national accounts seafood salesman and later a national sales manager and buyer for one of the largest seafood companies in the country. Aft

er 25 years of working for the same company, his dream of opening up his own business along with his then 27 year old son David, became a reality. David followed his father's footsteps by graduating from University of Florida with a degree in Food Resource Economics and later received a MBA from Jacksonville University. Co-founded in 2000 by Abe and son David Bielski, Seafood Sales and Service became a family owned and operated seafood distributor in beautiful Jacksonville Florida delivering the finest seafood into restaurants and grocers. Combined with Abe's experience in the seafood industry and David's education and background Seafood Sales & Service has grown year after year. The seafood distribution business has been good to the Bielski family but Abe and Dave always wanted more. They wanted their own brand they could share with family and friends and have strict control over the brands quality. In 2010, Natures Best Seafood was born into a nationally recognized brand including products such as shrimp, salmon, flounder, tilapia and many more items. Each load is packed under strict quality control guidelines and inspected on arrival by the Bielski family to guarantee that you and your family receive the best and most healthy fresh frozen seafood available. What began as a small family business selling fish from a small freezer truck has become a national brand found in many kitchens today and we are honored to have the opportunity to be on your dinner menu.

Homemade Salmon Cakes to the rescue: batch them Sunday, lunches handled all week. 🐟

EASY SALMON CAKES
• 1 lb Nature's Best salmon, cooked & flaked
• 1 egg
• ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp mayo (or Dijon)
• 2 green onions, chopped
• Zest + squeeze of 1 lemon
• Salt, pepper, pinch of garlic powder

1️⃣ Bake salmon at 400°F for ~12 min, then flake.
2️⃣ Mix everything until it holds together.
3️⃣ Shape into small patties.
4️⃣ Pan-fry 3–4 min per side until golden.
5️⃣ Cool, refrigerate, pack all week. 🐟
