🎄 Ready to add some sweetness to your holiday season? These Little Debbie Cake Balls are fun to make, festive, and delicious perfect for sharing! Here’s the easy recipe:
Ingredients:

2 boxes (5-count each) Little Debbie Cake Balls
8 oz cream cheese, softened
16 oz white candy melts
Œ cup red candy melts (optional)
Red and green sanding sugar for decorating

Directions:

Start by crumbling the Christmas Tree Cakes into fine crumbs, then blend with the softened cream cheese until well mixed.
Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
While they chill, melt the white candy melts according to package directions. Once melted, dip each chilled ball into the white candy, then place back on the parchment paper.
For an extra holiday touch, drizzle with melted red candy melts and sprinkle with red and green sanding sugar.
Let them set completely before serving. Tip: Keep the balls uniform in size for smooth coating and dip quickly to keep the candy coating perfect!

🍰 Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars 🍰

Get ready to treat yourself to these delicious Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars! They’re super easy to whip up and oh-so-yummy! Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients:

Cooking spray
1 (11 oz) package butterscotch chips
œ cup butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

First, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a saucepan, melt the butterscotch chips and butter over low heat, stirring often for about 5 minutes. Once melted, take it off the heat and mix in the graham cracker crumbs. Save 2/3 cup of this mixture for later and press the rest into the bottom of your baking dish to form a crust.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until it's nice and fluffy. Then add the sweetened condensed milk, egg, and vanilla, mixing until smooth. Pour this creamy goodness over your crust, and sprinkle the reserved graham cracker-butterscotch mixture on top.

Salted Caramel Custard Tart

Ingredients:

For the Sweet Pastry:

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1/4 cup almond flour
1 large egg
A pinch of salt
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar

For the CrÚme Brûlée:

5 egg yolks
1/2 cup (90 g) granulated sugar
2 cups (500 ml) heavy cream
1 vanilla bean

Instructions:

Start by making the salted caramel and let it cool to room temperature.

For the Sweet Pastry: In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Add the butter and mix with your fingertips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Then, add the beaten egg and mix just until combined don't overwork it.

Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper until it’s fairly thin (no extra flour needed). Use this dough to line your buttered and floured tartlet pans.

Chill the dough for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle. After chilling, trim the excess dough with a rolling pin. Prick the bottoms of the pastry with a fork.

Place a piece of parchment paper cut to fit over the dough and fill it with ceramic beads or baking weights (you can also cover it with microwave-safe plastic wrap filled with flour, tied off like a small pouch).

Arrange the tartlets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill for an hour.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15 minutes. Once the first baking is done, remove the weights and parchment paper, then return to the oven for about 20 more minutes, checking to ensure they don’t burn.

For the CrÚme Brûlée: Lower the oven temperature to 210°F (100°C). In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with half the sugar using a manual whisk until just mixed (don't let it turn pale).

In a saucepan, bring the heavy cream, remaining sugar, and vanilla bean seeds to a boil. As soon as it boils, pour it over the egg mixture while whisking constantly.

Transfer everything back into the saucepan, stirring continuously over low heat. Make sure not to let it boil; cook until it thickens enough to coat the back of a wooden spoon.

Use an immersion blender to blend the cream for a few minutes to make it smooth. Pour it into the cooled tartlet shells until full.

Bake for one hour. Once done, chill for 2 hours in the fridge.

After they are chilled, pour a layer of salted caramel over each tart. Ensure the caramel is at room temperature before pouring.

Spread it evenly by gently rotating the tartlet. Keep them in the fridge until it’s time to serve this delicious treat!

Banana Crepes

Ingredients:

Powdered sugar (for serving)
Cooking oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 banana
1 egg
1/4 cup milk

Instructions:

Start by making the crepe batter. In a bowl, mix the flour, egg, half of the sugar, and milk until smooth. While that’s coming together, peel and mash the banana in a separate bowl. Add the remaining sugar to the mashed banana and mix well.

Next, fold the mashed bananas into the crepe batter until everything is combined. Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in some batter and cook until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.

The tricky part is flipping the crepe! I recommend placing a plate over the skillet, flipping it onto the plate, and then sliding it back into the skillet to cook the other side.

Once it's done, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy these delicious banana crepes!

Karadoc Burger

Ingredients:

1 tomato
1 red bell pepper
1 1/4 oz shredded cheese
3 slices of sandwich bread
1 ground beef patty
1 egg
2-3 slices of smoked sausage
2 slices of bacon
1 potato galette
1 3/4 oz cheddar cheese (yellow, not orange!)
1/4 cup liquid heavy cream
1 avocado
1 red onion
2 lettuce leaves
Ketchup
Mayonnaise

Instructions:

Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C) and pop the potato galettes in for about 20 minutes. While they bake, chop up your veggies: slice the onion into rings, cut the bell pepper into strips, slice the tomato, and cut the cheddar and andouille into thin pieces.

Next, scoop the avocado into a bowl, mash it up, and mix it with some mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Now it's time to cook the steak and bacon. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then cook it in a skillet. As you cook, you can begin putting your burger together.

For each burger, layer about two slices of andouille on one slice of sandwich bread, then place another slice of bread on top. Start layering with ketchup, followed by cheddar slices, the cooked steak, more cheddar, two slices of bacon, lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, the potato galette, and finally, a few strips of bell pepper.

On another slice of sandwich bread, spread your avocado mixture and mayonnaise, then place it on top of the burger to help everything stick together.

Spread some heavy cream on a third slice of bread, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and drizzle more cream on top to help it melt during baking.

Secure the burger with a skewer to keep it intact, then put the burgers in the oven at 400°F (200°C) until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, fry up an egg sunny-side up and place it on top of the burger. Add a bit more shredded cheese if you'd like, and return it to the oven for another 5-6 minutes. Your delicious Karadoc Burger is ready to serve!

Chicken and Chorizo Risotto

Ingredients:

1 onion (or more, depending on your taste)
Butter
1 cup rice
Olive oil
1 cup white wine
Grated Parmesan cheese
4 cups chicken broth (1 liter)
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
Olive oil
1 chicken breast, diced
1 chorizo sausage (mild or spicy, based on preference)
A handful of peas

Instructions:

Chop the onion and sauté it in a mix of butter and olive oil.
Add the rice to the pan and cook until it turns translucent.
Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate. Gradually add the warmed chicken broth, ladle by ladle, stirring continuously.
Season to taste, then turn off the heat and mix in a k**b of butter and some grated Parmesan.
Keep the risotto warm while you cook the veggies. In another pan, heat olive oil and sauté sliced onions. Add the diced chicken, sliced chorizo, chopped bell peppers, and peas. Cook for about 10 minutes until everything is nicely browned.
Once cooked, mix the chicken and chorizo mixture into the risotto.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon chopped parsley
0.35 oz (10 g) butter
3 oz (86 g) rice
4.4 oz (125 g) pumpkin
1 white onion
0.5 vegetable bouillon cube
1 cup milk
Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Start by peeling the pumpkin, removing the seeds, and cutting it into thin slices.
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in 0.7 oz (20 g) of butter until it becomes soft. Add the pumpkin, sprinkle with salt, and let it cook on low heat, stirring occasionally and adding a little vegetable broth as needed.
Once the pumpkin is tender, stir in the rice and cook for about 18 minutes, adding hot broth gradually as it's absorbed.
When the rice is cooked, add the milk and stir over high heat. Season with pepper, mix in the parsley, and finish with a generous amount of grated Parmesan. Stir everything quickly so that the ingredients blend well.

1/2 cup pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes (if you like it spicy). Add the sliced chicken and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
