DCB Farms Rum Runner just returned to us from Utah a few weeks back at the Oklahoma show. Curlew Valley Mini Silkies loved and raised him from a baby and earned his first leg towards his Master Championship while he was under their magnificent care. This weekend, Rummy earned his last points and is now a Master Champion. Rummy will be “servicing” some girls ASAP!

Oh how we love this girl. One of our newest Master Champions (earned this weekend and pending final registry confirmation) , GRR Persnickety Kiki Nyx. She is getting a little braver every day and I’m so proud of her for the trust progress she is making. Now it’s time to decide who’s gonna be her baby daddy 😂 (p.s. there’s marbled blue eyes under those bangs)

We promise to post pictures later but here are the big highlights from the Lone Star MSFGA show for our farm:

DCB Farms Rum Runner is now a Master Champion, along with GRR Persnickity Kiki Nyx.

The lovely Modu Farms Pearl Dust earned her second Grand Champion placing, so we will be hot on the trail to earn that last point towards her Master Champion title in about 4 months.

DCB Farms Ghillie Dhu earned his very first Grand Champion Junior Buck placing and multiple reserves.

Our little girls earned multiple first place ribbons and we are extremely proud of them as well.

What a great show. We were happy to be able to attend the very last Lone Star MSFGA show hosted by Sue & Wes French and their lovely family. This particular show is special to us, as it is where we got started! Thank you Sue French for getting us started in this beautiful, exotic breed that we love! Danny likes to tell the story of our first trip together to yours and Wes’s place where i had him bring the big trailer just to pick up a “couple of goats” years ago. 😂😂 We did NOT leave with “just a couple” 😂😂
