I think one of my favorite parts of cooking is one that most people actually hate. It's the night before groceries and you have to get creative for dinner and make it work. Not every night in the kitchen has to be a whole production.🩵

Tonight I just didn’t feel like cooking… so I threw together a quick 30-minute pierogi sheet-pan meal and called it a day! 🥔

And can we talk about how this came out WAY prettier than I expected?! 😭😂 Sometimes the easiest meals really do surprise you!

Seeing the progress right in front of me is one of my favorite parts of learning new recipes. Every batch teaches me something, and every “homemade-looking” one gets me a little closer to the pretty ones. 😊
