I love to elevate this tart gratin by adding a little luxury with shaved black truffle but you could easily substitute sautéed black trumpet or hen of the woods mushrooms. A drizzle of truffle oil just before serving wouldn’t hurt either way. Enjoy!

Hello fellow Rhode Islanders,

we are Navagating some tough times here and around the world. At JB Cuisine we have been experiencing a great deal of clients wanting to cancel or postpone their future experiences with us in the fear that hosting an event could be harmful to themselves or their guests.

The safety of our clients is paramount. We will be addressing this issue by extending services and drop off catered orders as well as meals prepared to carry the week while keeping healthy and satisfied through our delicious food.

With many restaurants closing we will be offering free delivery and a 50% discount for all senior citizens. When you enter rocky waters it’s important to know your strengths. Ours is feeding people and giving service with humility and Grace. Please private message for inquiries about meal prep, catered events, or even just a few good meals ready to go.
