To be the change you wish to see in the world, you have to be a part of it.
It is with both excitement and a heavy heart that I share that The Cafe – Charcuterie by Carrie will be closing its doors on July 31st.
This isn’t goodbye—it’s simply a new chapter.
Charcuterie by Carrie will continue in its original form through our trailer, private catering and events, grazing tables, custom charcuterie boxes, and pre-orders. We’re excited to spend more time doing what we love most—creating beautiful experiences for your special moments and meeting you out on the road.
As we wind down over the next few weeks, we’ll continue serving the same fresh, quality food you’ve come to expect. We appreciate your patience and understanding if some of your favorite sodas, chips, or other grab-and-go items are unavailable as we work through our remaining inventory.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for supporting this dream, sharing meals with us, and becoming part of our story. The friendships and memories we’ve made inside these walls will stay with us forever.
We look forward to seeing you at community events, festivals, private gatherings, and wherever the Charcuterie by Carrie trailer takes us next.
This may be the end of one chapter, but the best is still to come.
