Had to bring out the 8 foot ladder today! 😊Harvested Vietnamese Red and Spanish Roja! It has occurred to me that I do not have enough nails in the beams to hang the rest of the garlic but I’ll figure it out. 😆

Oh, Susie! Introducing Susan Delafield garlic. Yes, this post is me geeking out about garlic! 😂I’ve tried to buy this seed garlic for 5 years (it sells out quickly) and last year it finally happened. She’s a porcelain hard neck variety. Pinkish cloves, approximately 4-6 cloves in a bulb and she packs some serious heat! Stores 8-9 months and my goodness she’s a big beauty!!! I think I’ll keep her around! I felt like a kid on Christmas morning harvesting this garlic yesterday. 😁🧄
