🐱🐶💉Are your pets up to date on their rabies vaccines? This is an important step to prevent rabies and spread of the disease in the community. We are partnering with The Animal Hospital of Ashe to provide rabies vaccine clinics on April 18th and April 25th.

✅No appointment needed
✅Only cash accepted
✅1-year vaccine is $15
✅3-year vaccine is $20

For a 3-year vaccine, please provide proof other than the 1-year tag. Dogs should be on a leash and cats in a carrier. Please note that Dr. Blevins could run 10-15 minutes late if there are a lot of animals at previous clinics.

Shatley Farms is looking for a highly competent Office Professional to help with the organizational development and daily duties of the Financial, Administrative & Customer Care functions of the company at our location in Jefferson, NC.

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with the ability to undertake a variety of office responsibilities and work diligently under pressure.

This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results through continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Maintain financial records using QuickBooks ERP System including EDI with major retail accounts. Organizing the office and assisting team associates to optimize processes. Create and automate databases ensuring accuracy and validity of information, Perform other general office duties as needed. Maintain professional and trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting, Associates Degree accepted with experience - BSBA or MS Degree in accounting preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills including Expert Certification preferred. Advanced Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving. Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills thorough understanding of office management procedures, organizational and time management skills, QuickBooks Enterprise or similar ERP system knowledge.

Temporary, seasonal administrative opening for full-time and part-time positions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phones, data entry using Microsoft Excel, email correspondence, printing, file maintenance, customer relations, and other clerical support as needed.

This is a fast-paced team environment looking for applicants with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Service experience. Accounting and/or QuickBooks and payroll experience is a plus.
