PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST
Hi friends!
Just wanted to give you a heads up that we will only be offering our harvested pumpkin seeds this year. No large pumpkin patch + pumpkins for a variety of reasons- soil needs a rest/crop rotation, older kids leaving the nest and as they all get older they are much busier making it harder to juggle all the things!
BUT! Things to still keep us in mind for this year:
Fresh cut flowers πΈ
Photo shoot location πΈ
Fresh eggs π₯
Iβve had a lot of people requesting seeds. Which is honestly so sweet and we are so grateful!
So, if you are looking for a fun variety of colors (greens, pinks, whites), shapes and sizes of Heirloom pumpkins, we definitely still have you covered!
If you are new here we often get asked where we buy our pumpkin seeds for our pumpkin patch. The short answer is we gather, harvest and dry them ourselves. Itβs a big messy project every Winter. This will be our 4th year to offer heirloom pumpkin seeds! π
This year we have simplified and have just a few options:
Mixed Heirloom seed pack- $8 / pack (50 packs available)
Each set will include 25-30 seeds, and will have green, pink, and white pumpkins.
Pumpkin seed types included: Jarrahdale, Porcelain doll, Cinderella, Peanut, Wolf, Tall Jarrahadale, White pumpkin, Polar Bear, Mint homestead large Jarrahdale/Porcelain doll, silver edge, Peanut, Flat white, Futsu, One-Too -Many
Jarrahdale mix seed pack- $5 / pack (28 packs available) this has a few types of Jarrahdales (green pumpkins) tall, normal and with a little pink.
Wolf pumpkin- SOLD OUT These are large jack-o-lanterns with massive stems, see pictures.
Disclaimer- the majority of these pumpkin seeds have been grown in our garden so cross-pollination is possible. BUT we can guarantee you will end up with a fun, unique variety! We have been using this method for 8 years and have had great luck. Pictures are from our homegrown and our own harvested pumpkin seeds.
