Tonight’s dinner is Chicken Shwarma over yellow rice and taziki!

I had leftover yellow rice and taziki from the other night so all I had to cook tonight was the chicken and it was made on a sheet pan.

Soo good!

I love learning about other cultures and other traditional dishes that other cultures make and learning how to make them. Tonight I’m making some middle eastern dishes that a follower messaged me.

I want this to be a place where if you have a traditional cultural dish or a family dish that you would like to share leave it below!

I love all things Mediterranean, Hispanic, Asian. Give me alllll the different cultures. I believe it’s also good for our children to learn different foods.

Light, medium and dark. My three favorite olives from today!

Shipping season was wild and a times took the joy out of this but over the last couple weeks I’ve found my zest for my birds again. Have full incubators and am looking forward to what 2027 has in store.

I still don’t know if it’s just hanging back and seeing what eating eggs we get out of all these grow-outs. If it’s putting pens back together breeding for myself and friends or if it’ll be moving forward with another season of sharing them with the world.
