Seeking entry level seasonal workers!

We are looking for two or three able bodied men. We offer on the job training but experienced laborers are welcome.
The position requires the ability to perform manual labor tasks consistently and in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities would include:
-Setting up solid set irrigation systems
-field maintenance (picking rock, clearing weeds)
-assist in any other operations.
-drivers license required
-tools, vehicles and fuel provided during work hours but transportation to and from the shop is up to the employee.
-Will often operate heavy machinery like loaders, tractors and other farm equipment.
Hours are 8-6 Monday-Saturday.
(The only work required on Sunday’s is to tend to the water assigned to you during the season)
We try to keep the best employees on as long as possible but take most of the month of December off for Christmas break and then get them going again asap (depending heavily on the weather). The best employees will be rehired the following season and depending on their skills/performance, will be given the opportunity to move up in the company when positions are open.
