* 1 cup breadcrumbs
* 2 eggs 🥚

* 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
* 1 tsp salt
* ½ tsp black pepper

👉 Mix everything gently until combined. Press evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

* 2 cups elbow macaroni (cooked al dente)
* 3 tbsp butter 🧈
* 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
* 1½ cups milk 🥛

* ¼ tsp salt

👉 In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour, and cook 1 min.
Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened (3–5 min).

🧄🧀 Cheesy Garlic Bread — Soft, Buttery & Irresistible! 🤎

✨ So fluffy, cheesy, and full of garlic flavor — the ultimate pull-apart bread you’ll fall in love with! 😍

Dough:

¾ cup warm milk (180g)

2 tbsp sugar (25g)

2¼ tsp instant yeast (7g)

1 large egg (50g, room temperature)

¼ cup softened butter (57g)

1 tsp salt (6g)

½ tsp garlic powder (2g)

½ tsp onion powder (2g)

3 cups all-purpose flour (375g)

👉 Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until foamy.
Add egg and butter, then mix in dry ingredients. Knead until smooth (8–10 min).
Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled (about 1 hour).

Garlic Butter Filling:

¼ cup butter (57g)

2 cloves garlic, minced (or ¾ tsp garlic powder)

1 tbsp chopped parsley (or 1 tsp dried parsley)

¼ cup grated Parmesan (25g)

Pinch of salt

Melt butter, then stir in garlic, parsley, and salt. (Let it simmer a bit for a richer flavor!)
Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the garlic butter evenly, and sprinkle cheese on top.
Cut into 3 even strips, stack them, slice into squares, and layer in your pan.
Let rise again for 30–40 minutes.

Cheese Layer:

1 cup mozzarella (110g)

½ cup pepper jack (55g)

¼ cup Parmesan (25g)
(Use any cheese combo you love — but pepper jack adds amazing flavor! 🔥)

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.
If it browns too quickly, cover loosely with foil.

Final Topping:

2 tbsp melted butter (28g)

1 clove garlic, minced

Ingredients:

2¼ cups (285g) all-purpose flour

¼ tsp baking soda

½ tsp baking powder

1 tsp cornstarch

1 cup (200g) dark brown sugar

3 tbsp (37g) granulated sugar

1 egg + 1 egg yolk (cold) 🥚

1 cup (225g) unsalted butter (cold, cubed) 🧈

1 tbsp vanilla bean paste

1 cup (250g) semi-sweet chocolate chips 🍫

½ cup (125g) milk chocolate chunks

Pinch of salt 🧂

½ tsp instant coffee (enhances chocolate flavor ☕)

Method:
1️⃣ In a stand mixer, beat cold cubed butter for 2 minutes until creamy.
2️⃣ Add brown sugar and granulated sugar, beat 2–3 minutes until fluffy.
3️⃣ Mix in egg, egg yolk, and vanilla paste — beat 3–4 minutes until smooth.
4️⃣ In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and instant coffee.
5️⃣ Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet. Stir in chocolate chips and chunks — don’t overmix!
6️⃣ Scoop tall 6-oz cookie dough balls onto a baking sheet. Freeze for at least 2 hours (or overnight). ❄️
7️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake 3–4 cookies per tray, spaced apart.

If you’re looking for a pasta salad that stands out, this is it! Loaded with juicy seasoned beef, fresh veggies, black beans, and a zesty taco-lime dressing — it’s the perfect crowd-pleaser for BBQs, picnics, or quick dinners. 🌶️💛

🥩 Ingredients

300g pasta (any short shape like penne or rotini)

1 tbsp olive oil

400g ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 cup corn kernels 🌽

1 cup black beans (rinsed & drained)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀

1 bell pepper (red or yellow), diced

1 jalapeño or green chili, chopped (optional 🌶️)

2 green onions, sliced

🍋 Dressing

¼ cup olive oil

Juice of 1 large lime 🍈

1 tbsp taco seasoning

Optional: 1 tsp honey for a hint of sweetness

👉 Whisk all dressing ingredients together until smooth and well blended.

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned.
Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly.
2️⃣ Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and toss with olive oil to prevent sticking. Let cool.
3️⃣ In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cooked beef, corn, beans, tomatoes, peppers, and cheese.
4️⃣ Pour the dressing over and toss well until everything is evenly coated.

🍰 Cheesecake Layer

16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened

½ cup (100g) granulated sugar

2 large eggs 🥚

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp ground cinnamon

👉 Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix until creamy and well combined.

🍎 Apple Filling

2 medium apples (peeled, cored, thinly sliced)

2 tbsp brown sugar

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

1 tsp lemon juice

👉 Toss apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Set aside.

🌾 Crisp Topping

½ cup old-fashioned oats

⅓ cup brown sugar

¼ cup all-purpose flour

¼ cup cold butter, cubed

Pinch of salt

👉 Combine oats, sugar, flour, and salt. Cut in butter with a fork or pastry cutter until crumbly.

🥧 Assembly

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
2️⃣ Press 1½ cups crushed graham crackers + ¼ cup melted butter into a 9-inch springform pan for the crust.
3️⃣ Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.
4️⃣ Spread apple filling evenly on top.
5️⃣ Sprinkle the oat crisp mixture all over the apples.

⏱️ Bake

Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until the center is mostly set.
Cool completely, then chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best texture).

Golden, crunchy chicken coated in a sticky, sweet, and garlicky glaze — the kind that makes everyone ask for seconds! 😋✨

Ingredients:

500g boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces 🍗

½ cup cornstarch

2 eggs, beaten 🥚

Salt & black pepper to taste

Oil for frying

For the Honey Garlic Sauce:

3 tbsp honey 🍯

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp ketchup 🍅

3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

1 tbsp vinegar

1 tsp chili flakes (optional) 🌶️

Instructions:
1️⃣ Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Coat each piece in cornstarch, dip into the beaten egg, then coat again lightly with cornstarch.
3️⃣ Deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
4️⃣ In a clean pan, combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, vinegar, and chili flakes.
5️⃣ Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
6️⃣ Add the fried chicken and toss well until each piece is coated and glossy.
7️⃣ Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped parsley. 🌿
