Yā€™all, I never thought Iā€™d be on here saying thisā€¦ but here we are šŸ˜‚šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

Our sweet bunny Smoky has to go to the vet every 2 weeks to get his teeth trimmed (heā€™s the bravest little thing šŸ§”), and those visits are starting to add up.

So Smoky is officially getting a job.

Remember when our serama, Sassafras, kept trying to hatch her eggs during the coldest days of winter?

Well guess whatā€¦and this is NOT a jokeā€¦

Sassafras surprised us with TWO of the tiniest little blessings on April 1st šŸ£šŸ£

Want to help us name them? We have Clementine for this little cutie. The second one doesnā€™t have a name yet!

**CHICK WATCH 2026**

Remember Sassafras, our mini hen, kept trying to hatch her eggs in the dead of winter? Not just any cold part, the COLDEST days of all. And it didnā€™t work.

Now that itā€™s warmer we let her try again, and today we came out to find one egg hatched! You can see the empty shell, and at the beginning you can even hear the tiny peeps! There were two eggs, so weā€™re waiting to see the outcome!

Mama hasnā€™t let me see them yet, which is ok. But Iā€™m loving the peeps!
