Gio & Sons Family Table

🇮🇹 When You’re Missing Sicily… 🃏❤️

We've been feeling nostalgic, so we decided to add Scopa — the classic Italian card game — to our family table. Funny how something as simple as a deck of cards can bring back so many memories from our childhoods. ❤️
Because if we can’t be sitting somewhere in Sicily enjoying the food, scenery, and culture, we can at least bring a little of that Italian tradition home with us. 🇮🇹🍋
Now… who knows how to play? 😂🃏

☕ When the day is done, the kitchen is clean, and you can finally sit down…
it's Espresso time. 🇮🇹❤️
After a day of cooking, serving, and making sure everyone else is well-fed at for some of our favorite people on this planet, sometimes all we need is a tiny cup of very strong coffee and a few quiet minutes. 😂☕
The unofficial Gio & Sons catering closing ceremony: two espressos, please.

🇮🇹 A Little Piece of Our Roots — Segesta, Sicily 🇮🇹
Sometimes the best inspiration comes from going back to Sicily. ❤️
Our last trip to Sicily included a visit to Segesta, and gave us a chance to experience a piece of Sicily’s incredible history firsthand. Standing beside a temple that has watched over the Sicilian countryside for more than 2,000 years is something pictures just can’t quite capture.
Sicily is a place where history, family, culture—and, of course, food—are woven together. Those same traditions inspire so much of what we want Gio & Sons Family Table to be: gathering together, sharing good food, and keeping a little bit of the Old World alive at our table.
We couldn't bring all of Sicily home with us... but we certainly brought back the inspiration. 😉🍋🍝🇮🇹

Hurricanes, severe weather and wildfires aren't covered in the creed "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds." 🫠 Good thing we're stocked up, so we don't need that package right away to complete your catering orders! 🍕🥖🥐🍝
