We are currently facing a temporary disruption in egg production due to our new layers' delayed laying cycle and the recent cold snap affecting our older hens' productivity. As a result, we are struggling to meet demand. The young layers, currently 17 weeks old, are expected to significantly increase production in about two weeks. We will notify customers upon restocking in Greenwich. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Hello Greenwich Customers, We are thrilled to confirm that Spigs Sprouts has reconnected with us, thanks to your enthusiasm and loyalty. In response to numerous requests, we are gearing up for a new season. We are currently awaiting a new shipment of young layers that will allow us to offer a wider selection of eggs coming May 1st. We will start restocking on Mother's Day weekend, with Fridays becoming our regular restock day moving forward. Thank you all for your continued support and we look forward to a wonderful year ahead supplying your family with our farm fresh eggs.

Hi Greenwich, The hens are saying it’s time to take a well deserved break and recharge. Winter like weather means we will take a break and regroup next year if Spigs Sprouts will have us. We will cherish the memories until warmer weather returns and thank you for being amazing customers and supporting our family business!
