We just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to everyone who has come out to support us these last few weeks at the farmers markets.

We’ve been blessed with beautiful weather, met so many wonderful new friends, reconnected with familiar faces, and watched our local community come together to support not only us, but so many amazing local vendors.

Your support means more than you know. Every purchase, every conversation, and every smile reminds us why we love being part of these markets.

Why We Love Cooking with Tallow

Tallow has been used for generations, long before highly processed seed oils became common. Some of the benefits include:
