10 YEARS.

Ten years ago, I took a leap of faith and started this business.

At the time, I had no idea what the next ten years would look like. I certainly couldn’t have imagined all the people I would meet, the incredible events we would be a part of, the challenges we would overcome, or how much this business would become a part of my life.

There have been long days, stressful moments, lessons learned the hard way, and plenty of times I wondered, “What did I get myself into?”

But there have also been so many moments that made it all worth it.

We’ve grown, evolved, learned, celebrated countless milestones with our clients, and built something that I am incredibly proud to call mine.

Ten years ago, I was just trying to make this work.

Today, I get to look back and say we did it.

To every client who trusted us with their weddings, celebrations, corporate events, and special moments—thank you. To every employee who has been part of the journey—thank you. And to everyone who has supported, referred, recommended, encouraged, and cheered us on along the way—thank you.

This business has challenged me, taught me, pushed me, and given me more opportunities than I ever could have imagined.

10 years down. And I’m still just getting started.

Here’s to the next chapter. ❤️

Downtown Johnstown is having their Annual Cinco de Mayo Festival today from 1PM-5PM!
We will be offering "mini" cooking classes where you can come in to learn how to make authentic flour tortillas. Kids/Teens can come roll for free from 1:00-1:30!

The sign went up, so now I feel like it's official and I can make the announcement!
We have moved into our new permanent storefront kitchen in historical downtown Johnstown!

Small businesses start because of a passion that turns into a fire. And thankfully that fire still burns within me to this day. I am so incredibly thankful to my team, family, friends, and clients for their support over these last 8 1/2 years.
I am so excited to not only continue and expand our catering operations, but to be able to offer cooking classes starting this spring.

Big shout out to the Brighton Elks Lodge #1586 (BPOE) (our previous location). The Elks Lodge is an extremely important part of the community, and we encourage all to check out your local Lodge.
