Ingredients: 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
8 oz semisweet or German chocolate, chopped
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
Coconut Pecan Topping: 1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
2️⃣ Melt butter and chocolate together until smooth. Let cool slightly.
3️⃣ Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
4️⃣ Add flour and salt, mix just until smooth.

4–5 large tortillas
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup lettuce or spinach
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper
Oil for cooking
Instructions: 1️⃣ Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2️⃣ Cook chicken in a skillet with a little oil over medium heat until golden and fully cooked. Slice into strips.
3️⃣ Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible.

Salt and pepper, to taste
Toppings (optional): Diced tomatoes
Chopped cilantro or green onions
Extra sour cream
Instructions: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash potatoes, pierce with a fork, rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Bake potatoes directly on the oven rack for 50–60 minutes until tender.
3️⃣ In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
4️⃣ Add taco seasoning and a little water (per packet instructions). Simmer 2–3 minutes.

1/2 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
4 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups M&M’s candies
Peanut Butter Frosting: 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp heavy cream
Extra M&M’s for topping
Instructions: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Salt and black pepper, to taste
Alfredo Sauce: 2 cups heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Cook jumbo shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3️⃣ In a pan, melt butter with olive oil. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
4️⃣ Pour in heavy cream, simmer 3–4 minutes. Stir in Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth.
5️⃣ In a bowl, mix chicken, broccoli, mozzarella, and half of the Alfredo sauce.
6️⃣ Stuff each shell with the mixture and place in a baking dish.

Cheesecake Filling: 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup whipped cream
Strawberry Filling: 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
1/3 cup strawberry jam or strawberry pie filling
Topping: Whipped cream
Fresh strawberries
Instructions: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly.
