Today Melissa Waun and I were invited to tour the Worlds Largest Bagel Plant located in Mattoon Illinois. Thank You Lender's Bagels and Bimbo Bakeries USA for this opportunity. It was definitely a bucket list item. Thank You Ignacio Sanchez Acevedo Director of Opertions and Tierra Bartlett and Randy(best tour guide ever) for your Hospitality.
