I’d been missing my BUFFALO RIVER SAUCE CO.™️ after I accidentally left it at my sister’s house 🫣 & can’t wait to try their WOOO-cest-er-shire sauce when I make these Southern Spiced Pecans!

- a week ago today we showered our sweet bride-to-be at Story in Jonesboro!

It’s such a great venue for any sort of shower, birthday party, get together…you name it! It’s still a little warm out right now but when the weather is nice, they also have a beautiful fenced in patio with seating.

Take this as your sign to book them for your next event (& don’t wait til the last minute! They book up fast!)

- another food that needed prepped for Madison’s Bridal Shower: sausage rolls!

I found a recipe for these online years ago & have made them multiple times since. However, I wanted to spruce these up a bit for the bridal shower so I added some caramelized onions & Gruyère cheese!

These are great to make in a big batch, then flash freeze, & thaw/bake as needed.

We started planning out Madison Munn’s bridal shower menu months ago. I knew I wanted to make as much of the food as possible & this large batch of chicken salad was first on my list to knock out!

Whoops 🤪 my mom can attest I did always sneak any and every raw dough (cookies, dumplings, biscuits). I thought I’d been cooking these long enough but apparently I had not! Live & learn though, right? 😂

I grew up on Hamburger Helper & it’s such a good boxed meal to have on hand in the pantry…but, you can make it from scratch too!

Whether you’re using the box or not, next time you make it, try sneaking some vegetables in there to bulk it up! The boxes even have recommendations on what to add to “church it up” as I like to say 😋
