We took a whirlwind trip to Nashville for Darren to record one of his songs. On the way home we planned to drop down and drive across the southern states to add some to my list of states I’ve been to. Then we realized without too much trouble we could hit the top of Florida too and add a fourth new state to the repertoire. I’m so glad we did! We picked a town at random, Destin, and it did not disappoint!! It felt surreal being on the beach there. I’ve never seen such clear water (I actually googled it to see if it was somehow done artificially, because it’s so unreal! 🫣). Anyway, it was an amazing trip, we can’t wait to go back to Destin some day, and take our kids that didn’t get to go on this trip, and I can’t wait for y’all to hear Darren’s song!

I got the idea to make these from a friend who did this, only they used Alfredo sauce and chicken, which sounds amazing!
We really enjoyed them! I made some extra marinara to dip them in.
