This Saturday, I had the privilege of providing food for a semi-private neighborhood block party. The person who invited me out sent me these pics of cooking pizza during the sunset.

This is the cheese you get with a Zazzano’s classic mozzarella pizza. I buy the blocks and cube it up.

Combine that with my CLEAN dough, it’s a pretty high quality and dare I say healthy version of pizza.

My dough only has 4 ingredients: flour, water, yeast, and salt.

The flour is Caputo Sacarosso ( a 100% Italian grown and milled flour) and made from a poolish ferment.

I get a lot of compliments about “taste” but that taste is coming from high quality, clean ingredients.

The sauce…. Well, it’s crushed organic California tomatoes with no added ingredients. Just the tomato with a little salt, some fresh basil, and dried oregano added on top when I stretch the pizza.

That’s it guys. Simple, good food.

Well, geeze… for a 3rd day in a row, we’re sold out. This time in Mattawan. Thank to everybody who came out!

Thank you, everyone who came out and apologies to those I just had to turn away. We’ll be back to Portage next week (Probably Wednesday).
