Sooo I was supposed to be “off” last week but I just couldn’t keep from test baking lol!! So my 50% Einkorn Artisan loaf was born! Einkorn flour is a bit challenging to work with but it came out beautifully! This flour is considered an ancient grain and is very healthy, rich in protein, minerals, antioxidants and lutein! I will have a few loaves this weekend at Kalispell Farmers Market!
