By using high intensity rotational grazing and selling directly to the customer, we avoid the herbicides, pesticides, and feedlots that conventional cattle operations rely on. We also avoid excess water and land consumption. By selling in whole, half, and quarter cows, we make sure our customers are maximizing their purchase and minimizing waste.
