I LOVE WINGS! One of my favorite is Crazy Ranch Dry Rub.
Let’s face it🤷🏻‍♂️. Chicken needs flavor. That’s why I usually brine my wings overnight. The flavor penetrates deep and keeps the wings tender. The brine along with an internal temperature around 190 to 200, makes a tender, moist wing.
