After 50 incredible years in the restaurant business, I’m excited to share the next chapter of my journey: bringing Dicapo Chianti to wine lovers everywhere.
From decades of serving food and building community around the table, I’ve always believed in the power of great meals and great wine. Now, I’m proud to offer a Chianti that captures the same warmth, tradition, and flavor I’ve cherished for a lifetime in hospitality.
