The Shepherd Magazine focused its April edition on the "Angus of the Sheep World". With the data just in from the first ultrasound at the National Show & Sale in Duncan, we are closer to demonstrating how far ahead the Dorpers and White Dorpers are. Last night we had a roast that was thawed and needed cooked, no time to find a new recipe. We threw it in the crockpot following the classic Mississippi Pot Roast recipe and it came out so good! Boneless shoulder roast used. We still have several boneless roasts available!
