This is 10-day old broccoli. It is harvested as a microgreen to take advantage of it's nutrient density, great flavor, and because it is easy to use.

When we say garnish ANY meal, we are serious!

You may have heard about micro broccoli on one of the many podcasts it has been featured on recently. It contains a mineral called sulforaphane. Studies have shown that this mineral detoxifies the human body, removes micro plastics, and fights cancer cells.

Don't tell the medical industrial complex because they will find a way to ban it. This little superfood is that powerful.

Getting the grow room back in order for the final push of 2026. It has been a good year of consistentcy and fun. We are looking for someone to help learn over the winter and then crush it again next year. . .

Growing fresh microgreens, delivering them to private chefs and restaurants around the metro, and then learning the process of feeeze-drying superfoods so individuals can level up their daily diet.

The processes are there and improving every week. Reach out with questions or come see us at the many pop-ups we will be doing this winter. We stay busy!

We recently decided to grow moringa, one of the healthiest plants in the world,...and that isn't hyperbole.

The KC Tamale Project will use moringa as an ingredient in their food...while we will attempt to make some superfood and electrolyte powders.
