Every croissant on this table starts the same way: flour, butter, time, and patience.

But each one tells a different story.

From our Pistachio Croissant made with handcrafted pistachio cream, to our Matcha Croissant made with premium Japanese matcha, to our chocolate-filled favorites and our classic viennoiserie, every piece is laminated, shaped, baked, and finished by hand.

This summer, we’re introducing a croissant that we’ve been working on with great care: our Matcha Croissant.

We selected a premium Japanese matcha for its deep flavor, vibrant color, and intense matcha character. We wanted a matcha that could truly shine in every bite, and after testing different options, this one stood out for its richness and complexity.

To complement those earthy notes, we paired it with white chocolate, creating a light and airy cream that balances the boldness of the matcha while enhancing its natural flavor.

The result is a croissant with a delicate texture, a creamy filling, and a matcha experience that is both elegant and memorable.

Available for a limited time this summer.

What a day at the Overland Park Farmers Market!

We completely SOLD OUT and sold over 600 handcrafted products in just 4 hours.

Every croissant was laminated by hand.
Every loaf of sourdough was made with our 4-year-old sourdough starter.
Every pastry was made from scratch in our bakery.

Thank you for supporting our dream, our craft, and our small business. Seeing so many of you at our booth means more than words can express.
