Christopher B's If it can fly, swim or walk. I can smoke it. All of our meats are dry-rubbed and smoked and served unsauced. We don’t take shortcuts when it comes to BBQ.

We prefer to let our customers dictate how much sauce they want on their meat. Memphis, Carolina, Texas or KC…the choice is up to you. All of our rubs and sauces are made from scratch and NOT pre-made store bought. Each rub was specifically designed to enhance the flavor of each meat, not hide the flavor. Especially YOUR BBQ
