Hello everyone,

Just want to share a snapshot taken from inside of my food truck and a video from the last event that we joined, Lowe's Car & Bike Show in Gladstone, MO.

I'm thankful for the first 3 months journey of doing food truck and food vendor booth which officially started in April. I hope i can keep doing this in the long run, by God's grace.

The next event will be Ethnic Enrichment Festival in Swope Park Pavillion near Meyer Boulevard and Swope Parkway.
It runs from August 21st through August 23rd.

Esther's Kitchen will be doing Indonesian booth serving Indonesian foods and drinks.

The menu will be:
- Grilled chicken skewers with yellow rice
- Fried rolled crepe (Risoles)
- Beef egg wraps
- Indonesian iced coffee
- Cantaloupe drink
- Coconut jelly drink
- Cocopandan cream drink

Good morning,

I am back in town after a whole week break.
Tomorrow Friday July 31st from 11am to 2pm,
Esther's kitchen food truck will be at the Car & Bike Show in Gladstone. It is free for everyone.

First time joining KC Lawn Party at the Nelson Atkins Museum. Overall it was a great experience for me to meet customers, to introduce savory fried rolled crepes and other menu items and not to forget the rich Indonesian iced coffee. I am thankful for joining this event and can meet and learn from other food truckers. Wish all the best to all food truckers out there especially in KC! Thank you to both my daughters for helping me out selling foods. Cannot run it without you being there 💕❤️

Hello everyone,

Hope you all are doing good.
I could not believe we're in mid July already and world cup season is almost at the end of it .

I'm so proud of what Kansas City has done for this huge worldwide event, and the FIFA fan watch at the WWII museum is amazing 👏

Just want to let you know that we have another event coming up this coming Sunday at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art.

The annual free event is:
Kansas City's Lawn Party 2026

Sunday, 7/19: 4:00pm- 8:00pm

Donald J. Hall Sculpture Park (4525 Oak St, Kansas City, MO)

Activities: More than a dozen food trucks, live bands on the Music Stage, DJ sets, lawn games, and pop-up activities like "Book Beats".

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, picnic blankets, and even leashed dogs to enjoy the summer weather

The menu will be :
Grilled chicken skewers with peanut sauce, Chicken fried noodles and Fried Rolled Crepes of different fillings.

Drinks:
Caramel iced coffee, Indonesian iced coffee, Cantaloupe drink, Coconut jelly drink, Cocopandan cream drink and Jasmine tea.

Good morning,

Today Esther's Kitchen food truck will be parking in North Brighton at Trinity Center Church parking lot for lunch time until finish.

The following Saturday lunch time, on the 4th of July, will be in Northbrook HOA, in 74th Terrace green space.
