For my plant based folks out there, Vegantine's will be back this Valentine's Day. I will be running a more traditional vegan menu during the day, and at night, a more intimate dinner menu, including desserts and chocolate covered strawberries.

Putting the finishing touches on my weekly meal plan for a couple of my clients. Every week, I put out a rotating menu to help take some things off your plate, while literally putting things on your plate. Some of the items this week include:

-Chipotle Turkey and Red Bean Chili
-Apple Cider Glazed Chicken with Sweet Potatoes
-Steak Tips over Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans

This weekend will be my last time demoing at Sam's Club for the year and I'm back where it all began: Freehold.

Come by and sample a Holiday Stuffed Cookie Bar on Saturday, and Honey Glazed Garlic Pepper Pork Chops on Sunday, while getting that last minute shopping in.

And don't forget that Coca-Cola. Free samples of that as well during the weekend.

12 years ago I worked at a deli and made a special. I was proud of it and posted it on Facebook. I also said that one day I was going to open up a restaurant.

Man I was ambitious in my youths.
