Let me RE-introduce myself and some upcoming content changes to my page, Simply Garnished.
If you know me, you know I am a foodie! I love cooking, entertaining, trying new recipes, food styling, menu planning and meal prepping! As a busy wife and mom of two, I found myself struggling with the “what’s for dinner” grind and craving good food fast for my family. In January, my husband and I decided it was time to make some healthier changes for our family. I have been on and off the WW diet for years with some success, but knew this time had to be different to be sustainable. Our new approach focuses on clean(er) foods, tasting the rainbow and lowering our carb intake. I believe everything is okay in moderation and this time it has to fit our lifestyle to be a success. We all know not everyday will be perfect, but I am determined to not let one unhealthy decision ruin my journey as it has in the past. Sharing my journey is rewarding because I hope to show others that if I can do it, so can you! Sometimes people, places and things come into your life for different reasons and seasons and just maybe my post is what you needed to see today to motivate and inspire you in some way and other times it may be exactly what I needed to keep myself going!
Since my passion is cooking, I am still a Tastefully Simple (TS) consultant, so you will see me use their products in my recipes from time to time. TS offers many solutions to meal planning, hosting, entertaining and healthy eating that I just love and can feel good about. The ease and simplicity of their products take the worry out of what to serve on your table and gives you more time to focus on the important part…those gathering around your table.
So take a walk with me on my journey where I hope to inspire you through my recipes, WW tips/tricks and together we can garnish our tables with simple, healthy, delicious, beautiful food!
