It's Spring time and that means grass is growing to feed our cows to feed you! But without healthy soil we cannot have healthy grass. Our pastures are professionally maintained by someone who tests our soil and treats it accordingly.

All life begins in soil, it isn’t just dirt. It is an active breathing organism, the largest organism on the planet earth. Food has to grow in soil with the right building blocks to create nutrient density, We need to bring the minerals back into our food supply.
You’ve heard of seed to table, it should be soil to table.
One of the biggest challenges in America is people don’t know who grows their food. One problem is the distance of the food from the source to the table. The secret is we need to get back as close to the soil as we can.

The soil microbiome consists of bacteria, fungi, archaea, viruses, and protozoa that inhabit the upper layers of soil.
