The glove made it so hard to grab this skinny guy and even though I was pretty sure it wasn’t poisonous, I didn’t want it to bite me on the wrist. I’m still amazed by how big snakes can stretch their mouth to swallow something so much bigger than their body! Crazy!

I went to check on the baby chicks after letting the chickens out this morning and found this party crasher. It took out two chicks, and its eyes were obviously bigger than its stomach. Thankfully it didn’t get away with that fat belly! I didn’t even realize we had something in the trap until Chance started barking. It was good we kept them set up just in case.
