pork absolutely blew me away. I pulled a pork shoulder roast straight from the freezer put it into a Dutch oven, set it over a quartered apple, poured pineapple juice over the top, added a simple seasoning blend, then baked it low and slow—covered.
The result? Incredibly moist, fall-apart tender, and packed with flavor. Hands down the best pork I’ve ever eaten. We had already eaten about ¼ of it just “sampling” before I could even snap a photo. That’s how good it was.
This is the kind of pork that reminds you what quality, well-raised meat is supposed to taste like. Highly recommended!!!!!
