The Sampler Bundle that gives you a "little bit of everything." Still our great American Wagyu beef that is ranch raised to harvest in the great Sandhills of Nebraska. Our beef is grain finished for a minimum of 6 months to develop a marbled beef to fat ratio to enhance flavor in every bite.

This is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a variety of cuts without purchasing a 1/4, 1/2, or whole beef. And we can guarantee this is not the CHOICE beef you are getting from your local grocery store.

The last American Wagyu boxed beef bundles sold out fast. This option gives you a variety of beef at a more financially afford price point than just ordering a 1/4, 1/2, or whole. And it is all at one total price.

USDA inspected, ranch raised from when they hit the ground, minimum 180 days grain finished, no hormones, and these steers are at a minimum 30 months of age before they go to harvest with a 21 day age time at the locker.

Yes, like we've been told before... They are old enough to vote! That's the point, giving our beef time, age, and development of that irresistible american wagyu fat to be present in every bite.

Another reason to purchase Wagyu beef from a small, Nebraska based ranch to table business and not the big chain grocery stores.

The sign should give it away which large chain grocery store this is found in Nebraska.

We love that our Wagyu cows are not aggressive during calving season. They do not care for the human interaction that our Angus cows do though. And they raise the cutest calves.

Momma couldn't get away fast enough after we checked out her calf, but forgot he has little legs.
