Legacy of Fieldhand Sam
Growing up, our father, Norton Byrd, aka “Sam” had a garden, horses, goats, one rooster and a slue of cats. We grew up with lots of fresh veggies and critters, which instilled our love of gardening and animals. Nothing like hot pepper jelly on cream cheese with crackers for a fabulous snack. Nothin' like a good ole Bar-B-Q to get the taste buds spackin'. Enjoy our spice ru
bs on cow, sow, fowl, fysh, all other critters and varmits, even veggies too. We got ya covered. Local figs made into budder, syrup, slather sauce and preserved. We even have them drunk'n. Fieldhand Sam passed away in 2008 from Alzheimer's, which is why we are dedicating % of our profits to the Alzheimer’s Association in our fathers name. Thank-you for your support.
