Thank you for everyone who has supported us. We have some changes coming up! We are cooking tomorrow for dinner 08/25/2025.

The plate is going to change to save us money and save you money. Our plate is also now going to be $10 each with pickup only at the 7 Eleven off Willow Springs Rd. We will deliver in the Killeen area for free if your order is $30 or more.

Plate will be a simple one. Puerto Rican Style Slow Roasted Pork (Pernil) and our Puerto Rican Rice and Pigeon Peas (Arroz con Gandules). Will be the same huge portions in a more affordable container. Pictures will be available as soon as we have our first plate but whoever has had our Pork and Rice can vouch for us. Thank you again!

Puerto Rican Style Slow Roasted Pork, Puerto Rican Rice and Pigeon Peas, Fried Plantains with MayoKetchup and a Tomato and Lettuce Salad with our Homemade Ranch. All for $15.
