Farmers market is wonderful today. We have one single shiitake. Lol! Our first shiitake ever. But our blue oyster, white oyster and lions mane look amazing. Come out and get some for your Labor Day grilling.

All set up at the King George Farmers' Market! It is a beautiful morning! Started out muggy but now there is an awesome breeze. Come out and get local fruits and vegetables. Skip the risky store bought stuff this week.

A day in the life of a small mushroom farmer. We find them to be so beautiful. As lovely as flowers. Double bonus they are also delicious and nutritious.

We have a ton of lions mane this week. We ramped it up to make sure we had enough for everyone. We are out at the King George Farmers Market here in Virginia until noon. Get your shoes on and come on over. You will not be disappointed.

Today was a great harvest. Yesterday was great too. We promised our farmers market customers we would have much more Lion's Mane this week and we were not kidding. We have a lovely flush of Black Pearl King, piles of Blue Oyster and some white, Phoenix and Italian oysters that are giving a second flush. Fingers crossed for our chestnut mushrooms. They have some little pins starting but have not taken off yet.

A lemonade from lemons kind of day. The utility company dropped their trailer right in the middle school parking lot and left it for the weekend. So we improvised. Still expect a great day at the King George Farmers' Market . Come get you grilling produce from us.
