I knew by the first sentence that this was a scam. The wording, the grammar.

But, sometimes I like to play, and it’s a bit of investigation to see how scammers are becoming better with their discourse so victims believe them. In this particular case, they were a bit more communicative, and willing to answer questions, but it was obvious they had cut and paste some generalized answers and then couldn’t be specific when I wanted specifics.
Then, was smart enough to look at my profile to see where I am at, then conveniently state that’s where they are located, even to the point of looking on a map and picking a common road to
make it more believable.
Where they failed, is not researching the fact that Kingman is a desert and doesn’t have a pasture. 

Moral of the story is, whether you are a buyer or seller, if you think someone is a scammer, out-smart them to confirm. There’s always red flags.

“They” are getting a lot more wise, so be careful!! These unsavory people are money-hungry, and have no soul.
