Hey everyone! We have fresh chicken and duck eggs for sale. If you would like to pick up a carton you are welcome to come to 559 Holly Ridge Road, Blacksburg, SC or I can meet you. Please message me and let me know which option works best for you and the carton you would like. We are excited to serve you guys and we look forward to seeing you.

Hey everyone! We have been MIA on social media but exciting things have still been happening at HollowOak.

We will soon be in the process of moving the homestead to Grover, NC. We will be building a house (land in last picture) and our son is due in June. We are excited about all of these changes and will try our best to keep everyone updated.

Matt is working on getting the garden ready. One of our three chicken tractors has been built and the second one started. We have a lot planned for the summer and we are ready for spring.

Hey everyone! This is Matt and Emilee Stacey, we love the idea of living off the land and going back to the basics when it comes to eating and taking care of what God has given us. We are starting off small but we are excited about this new journey together and hope y’all will join us on this wonderful adventure of starting a homestead. ‭

“Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, And whose hope is the LORD. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, Which spreads out its roots by the river, And will not fear when heat comes; But its leaf will be green, And will not be anxious in the year of drought, Nor will cease from yielding fruit.”
‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17:7-8‬ ‭

This verse means so much to us and to what we are trying to accomplish in, not only our homestead, but in our individual life. We have always been interested in this lifestyle. That desire has grown since the start of our marriage. We are praising God for this wonderful opportunity.

We wanted to get on social media because we wanted an easy way for y’all to reach us and so that y’all could see everything we are doing. We will also have an Instagram page and eventually be posting videos on YouTube. We want all of you to see our animals and produce grow and Lord Willing thrive.

We also will be selling things. We have ducks and chickens (eggs), a vegetable garden, and will be offering homemade butter. We will list these items on here when they become available to purchase.

We are beyond excited!! Thank you for joining us on this journey.
