Just finished these cute little baseball cupcakes, 15 chocolate and 15 vanilla. Believe it or not I’m just not fast and it took me like 5 1/2 hours to decorate these but it’s aprox 360 laces/stitches and the chocolates are double frosted with my chocolate ganache frosting and then the vanilla frosting which I had to smooth out so very time-consuming, but I think they came out cute.

Mother’s Day mix and match: black forest with my special cherry pie filling with cherry/ almond creamcheese frosting, cherry lemon Sundrop, full of fresh lemon zest and juice and maraschino cherry juice, carrot cupcakes, strawberry explosion topped with buttery strawberry Swiss meringue buttercream and I have a few very vanillas.
My strawberry explosion cupcakes are topped with my freshly picked organic strawberries from my strawberry patch. 🩷🍓 🍒

This week’s creations in the bakery: yellow and white carrot cake with roasted pecans, toasted coconut and crushed pineapples.
Vanilla strawberry swirl cake with strawberry Swiss meringue buttercream and my very vanilla buttercream. A dozen cupcakes 1/2 very vanilla and 1/2 strawberry explosion.

Does anyone need a dog birthday cake? It’s made from gluten-free oat flour, organic carrots, all natural peanut butter, coconut oil, local honey, eggs, a little bit of cinnamon and mashed potato frosting with Greek yogurt and a little bit of grated cheddar cheese on top and little milk bones around .
